Hola. Soy Pablo. Bueno, soy instructor de inglés. He enseñado este idioma extranjero por mas de 20 años a profesionales como también no profesionales en Santiago, Chile. Adquirí este idioma en Canadá. Viví 18 años allá y tengo más de 26 años vividos en Santiago, Chile. Tengo un diploma denominado TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) que obtuve en el Instituto Británico de Cultura. Mi nivel de inglés (de acuerdo al CEFR - Common European Framework of Reference y Pearson GSE - Global Scale of English) es B2. Mi principal experiencia en el área de inglés se centra en institutos profesionales de idiomas como son PRIVATEACHER, INBUSINESS S.A. y WALL STREET ENGLISH. Material didáctico que he ocupado para apoyar a mis alumnos en desarrollo y aprendizaje son los siguientes: THE NEW INTERCHANGE LINE, LIFESTYLES, SPEAKOUT, MARKET LEADER, ENGLISH GRAMMAR IN USE, etc. También me he dedicado en hacer clases particulares a domicilio como también a empresas. Los alumnos que he enseñado me han referido a otras personas que también han necesitado aprender este idioma extranjero. De acuerdo a mi experiencia docente, he comprobado que los alumnos aprenden más eficazmente cuando el(la) profesor(a) motiva el(la) alumno(a) en el proceso de aprendizaje. Cuando estos alumnos o alumnas estudiaron inglés en el colegio o universidad, muchos de ellos me contaron que no fueron motivados o incentivados lo suficientemente para crear mayor confianza e interés en desarrollar este idioma. También, la paciencia juega un rol muy importante para aquellos alumnos(as) que tienen dificultades con aprender gramática inglesa, como también pronunciación y aplicación en oraciones.

Hi. My name is Pablo. Well, I´m an english instructor. I have taught this foreign language for more than 20 years to professionals as well as non-professionals in Santiago, Chile. I acquired this language in Canada. I lived 18 years there and have lived more than 26 years here in Santiago, Chile. I have a diploma called TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) which I obtained at the British Institute of Culture. My english level (according to CEFR – Common European Framework of Reference and Pearson GSE – Global Scale of English) is B2. My english knowhow experience is centered in professional english institutes such as PRIVATEACHER, INBUSINESS S.A. AND WALL STREET ENGLISH. Didactic material, which I´ve used to support student learning development are the following: THE NEW INTERCHANGE LINE, LIFESTYLES, SPEAKOUT, MARKET LEADER, ENGLISH GRAMMAR IN USE, etc. I´m also dedicated in doing private in-home classes as well as in-company classes. Students which I´ve taught have referred me to other people who also have a necessity in learning this foreign language. According to my teaching experience, I have seen that students learn more efficiently when the teacher motivates the student(s) within the process of learning . When these students studied english at school or university, many of them said that they weren´t motivated sufficiently enough so as to increase confidence and interest towards developing this language. Also, patience plays an important role for those students which experience difficulties with learning english grammar, pronunciation and the overall application of it in sentences.
